During a workout, my arm tightened, although I couldn't figure out exactly where the pain was focusing, somehow I felt it best in my shoulder, even though I didn't "work" it. The pain intensified, especially when exerted in a certain direction, so I couldn't train for days. However, at KaToNa Rehab, the exact location of the pain was identified in a matter of minutes, even though I couldn't tell because I felt it all over my arm, especially in my shoulder. It turned out that a completely different muscle group was injured. A few days after treatment, the usual workouts were completed without pain.
