Staff was nice. Sometimes there's a line, but it goes fast

This post is catastrophic and it is really almost impossible to imagine a slower pace of work than what is going on here. Lately, we usually have to stand in a line that swells for tens of meters for half an hour (I walk in the morning, so it’s not even at the end of working hours) because even 2 of the 3 windows are usually open while 2-3 more employees walk around the counters behind. Today, an elderly gentleman had already lost his patience and asked why the third window would not be opened either, to which a "lady" employed him in an jerky manner, and the gentleman preferred to leave. Would this be "normal" behavior from a postal worker ?! Elderly customers can't even sit here because there's nowhere. They have no regard for them at all. There are one or two employees here who are fair and kind, but there are several who behave in an incredibly phlegmatic way.

Terrible, criminal, what goes here should be punished ... A snail marathon ends sooner than a 3-person line .... If you want to punish someone, send a package / letter here .... Is it possible to give a minus star somehow?

Opening hours are poorly posted on the net. Surely it closes 1 hour earlier. It was very misleading and I came out here completely unnecessarily. Plus, the postman without ringing threw in the notification that my package had arrived. And someone is always at home. If I could give 0 stars, I would give it.

I was there in person at the tesco post office in Vienna on 07.07.2017 because my luggage was not picked up from the parcel machine. unfortunately they don't pick up the phone what they gave the wrong it was here and what is ringing is just ringing but they are not willing to pick up
