They can't answer the phone either, but then who has a phone contact even if they know no one to pick up ????

The past system is still a piece. I did not know of its existence until a recommended package had to take over here. I haven't been to post for years: D

The clerks are always very kind and patient, though they have a lot of things, there are few for so many customers. So you have to wait almost always, but not so much. I only have trouble with opening hours because it coincides with my working time, so it's hard to get here. One day would be good for a shift open (8-16 or 12-20).

Infinite queuing is almost always allando. Penztar would have, but it seems there are few employees. It is very rare for all checkout windows to be open. A check, or letter, should probably take 20 to 30 minutes. We better look for another post, but it's not much better there either. But what is here is already annoying and pointless.
