Visited Budapest for almost a week and have been eating in various restaurants each day. This was one of the best if not the best restaurant we dined. Food was served in a reasonable amount of time and was served hot. Needless to say it tasted amazing. We did try the same dish in other restaurants and this was by far better. Our waiter Tamás was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Would definitely go there again for the food and the experience.
Tried traditional goulash. Was very nice. The waiter was very polite and friendly. The interior was interesting with old wooden furniture, and a certain atmosphere. We enjoyed it.
A place one must eat at! It's an amazing, authentic, restaurant with a food-serving heritage dating back over 180 years. The live muscians and welcoming staff created a lovely atmosphere by which the delicious traditional Hungarian food was served. This restaurant provided real value for money when we considered it against other restaurants in the area. A wonderful experience!
