10/02/2020 I received a notification that my souvenir order has arrived. In a word, it was not written that it could be taken over until the fourth evening, because they would be closed after that. Customer service attitude: you definitely have it, there in the store when you open on the 22nd and then you will. I probably ordered an occasion to arrive on time, on the 22nd a little late.
