One of a few good powerlifting gyms in BP.
I've been there for massage at Anna. She managed to cure my aching shoulder with 2 sessions while the medicine that I received from rheumatology has helped nothing for months. I'm utterly grateful for this and highly recommend it to anyone.
Friendly staff and people! Pretty cheap for how empty the gym usually is. Well equipped with lots of free weights, including powerlifting stuff.
This facility is too small in some areas, so avoiding rush hour is the best option. End summer is not the best either as air circulation is not that efficient, is an Ok basement gym, not the ultimate machines to workout but it has most of common ones. Bathroom facility is the basic one, not fancy at all.
No crowd, average price, mid-level gym, poor mobile coverage because of being under the ground, kind people
