Nice hotel with big and comfortable rooms. The breakfast could be better though...
Great location, comfortable rooms
We've stayed in regnum 4th or 5th time and the reason I give 4* this time is that the hotel worsen a bit. Probably because of lack of staff and Corona pandemic but we still paid for it and expected similar experience. Breakfast was very poor ,not like before. One bread roll, cold scrabbled eggs. Not great. We hope to be better next year when we plan to return to Budapest... Or we stay elsewhere.
The personal is very helpful, friendly the is so big and clean.
We stayed for a week in the Regnum Residence, the nights were very quiet, the mattress was comfortable. The breakfast is limited, but the food was tasty, it was just enough. The staff is very polite and helpful, from the bar to the room attendant. The public transport is very good, five minutes walk to the Batthyany square to the underground, there are tram and bus stops just around the corner. More English TV channels would be welcomed.
