Not a professional company at all. I wanted to buy a new flat in Budapest and we could not agree in the contract details as they wanted to us to take all responsibility. I have payed them 500K HUF in advance to show interest buying the apartment but when I realized how risky the contract I decided not to sign the contact. Based on the offer I made they should have payed this back to me, what they also agreed in written but they still didn't transfer the money back and now 2 months passed. A wonder if they ever will or want to pay back what they have agreed.

not serious company in my eyes. They want you to pay for a new not finished apartment and do not guarantee when it is finished and you can move in. This is not acceptable. Especially if the Raday Residence should be ready end of March 2020 and now we have end of February. Asking 142 Mio Forint for penthouse apartment and want the buyer to take all risk of delay.
