Világjáró tömegközlekedő (09/06/2018)
In its own form, however, it is dizzying to think that it was once one of the largest coal mines in Europe and now a pile of rubble it is extremely sad to see this. Socialist Komló was practically pulled from a village into a town of 30,000 in just 10 years just because of its mines. There were three plants in the city in total. One was Beta, the other Kossuth, then Zobák mine. Until the change of regime, three-quarters of the city was a miner so his earnings also came from there and in 1989 it was decided in parliament that there was no need for domestic coal so initially the extraction was reduced and then the Kossuth and Beta mines were closed. By 2000, only the Teeth remained, and in February this year, the last charcoal was also brought up. It was a shocking event in the city that hops have not lay to this day. Unemployment has been raging since the closures, everything is destroying the city, not just the late Zobák mine. The emigration is so large that 23,000 people no longer live in the city. Then, as the city was destroyed, the Teeth were carried away. What was not stolen was taken back by nature. Today, the plant has become a ghost town visited by Airsoftos and disaster tourists. In the concrete coffin of the hanging shaft in the area today stands a memorial stone in memory of the mine. :-(

Life-threatening, crumbling mine buildings, which could be moved, were taken by the gypsies and thrown into the womb. Nowadays, it is mainly used by homeless and adventurous airsofters for CQB. It is not locked, anyone can walk and move freely in the buildings, in one of the two halls there are still old discarded minutes of contemporary miners, and burnt car tires. That's it.

As a child, I went to the mine rescue station a lot because my father served there. So many experiences and memories bind / knit here, so it was horrible to see the former bustling buildings being destroyed. The area is beautifully reclaimed by nature.

The place has come very well. We came here for a few photos, several times to watch.
