This is not my first negative experience, but now everything has been overwhelmed. I ordered 6 books online from them (since I live in the UK) on May 30, 2020. Books that were in stock in all their stores !!! For 2 weeks my order was allt, with "processing in progress" status. In the third week, the order always had the status "under assembly," but with each book it was accomplished to "fulfillable." I indicate that I did not receive any emails from the order confirmation email until I wrote a "dorgedelmes letter" after 3 weeks as to why they have not been able to post since May 30 of my order. At that time, I was reprimanded for sending the package on June 19, which is not true again, because after a small investigation I managed to find my package on the website of Magyar Posta, where it was written that the package was picked up on June 22 at the Lira- from. It’s not as eccentricity, it’s not 21st century service. It is a measure of lack of information, dilettantism, and indifference that is unacceptable. I don't recommend them to anyone, and I'm sure I won't order anything more from them in my life. (I indicate that I ordered a book at another Hungarian, large bookstore on Tuesday, which I already received on those pentings that week.)

The seller was very helpful in the business, kind and humorous. And I was lucky enough to find a hidden Hungarian-German language book! In addition to the service, the prices are also correct!
