The service is very nice. A pump face cream was not usable, I took it back the next day to see if we could find a solution to the problem. Kindly, without any fuss, they gave back the price, apologizing for the inconvenience. I bought another one and tried it on the suggestion of the seller lady. I am maximally satisfied with the service.

Rarely where unfriendly and conceited staff seen. Talking to each other and ignoring the clientele, on friendly demand for help one is treated even outrageously. Currently being rebuilt, hopefully you will exchange the staff in Marcali !! Great praise, however, for the ladies at the DM in Keszthely, these are very helpful and customer-oriented. Maybe the ladies from Marcali should be sent there once, they could learn something !!
