I bought a trekking bike at Hervis and wanted to buy the smaller accessories here. Since this was my first bike of this kind, I was a bit puzzled as to what would fit on it or what accessories could be compatible with my wheelbarrow. I didn't really get help from the sales lady because, to the best of my knowledge, dressing up was not that important and she was trying to hurry along. After some misunderstanding, we managed to clarify the size and type of the bike. At first I could only tell the frame size, which the salesman replied in a big phlegm that he wouldn't need it, but unfortunately I didn't know the size chart for that (after all, he deals with this, maybe he should be more aware of stuff like this than me) what accessories I want, he showed me behind the counter that they had a choice, but to put something in front of me so I could decide more easily or look at it hadn't happened. When choosing the fender, the thread broke (when I should have walked out the door, it wouldn't have been a minuscule purchase) when asked what it should be (by that time I had already described the features of the bike, know something) I answered in confusion that I'm not sure, but if you think we can look at what I bought because it's in the car. The answer to that was that he didn't care what kind of bike I bought, he lifted two fenders and said that they were two and to choose. If at least a little helpful and not busy with glazing, I would have been able to get an accessory that was compatible with mine because the mudguard could not be mounted on a speed bike, and the trunk also got defective parts because of its adjustable sticks they didn't give it to me, so I couldn't even put it on, but I'd rather buy it elsewhere than go back to business. The lanterns had surrendered that day, and the bell could not be mounted on the frame I had. In retrospect, the problem may have been that I didn't buy the bike there and that is why I received such a nice service from the lady. I have heard from many people that they are not welcomed because they are welcomed similarly, I have not had this kind of problem so far, but after this event I am sure that I will choose another business and if necessary I will travel to . So I personally do not recommend this business, and not to those who are a little unsure and would expect the seller to help them somehow make the decision, because they certainly will not get it here.
