A young male employee and an older blonde lady (Judit) were the clerks when I was at this branch. I wanted to deposit money into my own account. I had to prove myself with an official document. I did not have my passport, but I also showed me a photo ID issued by several Hungarian authorities. The lady did not accept these, she refused to help without my passport, although it was enough to prove myself there several times before. When I mentioned that it was a simple bureaucracy, he just laughed and said yes, it was a bank bureaucrat. I experienced this kind of treatment as discrimination, the lady's manners and body language were very hostile to me, which leads me to conclude that I was discriminated against because of my nationality / origin.
