Extremely slow, unreliable administration. It is not possible to pay with a credit card at the checkout !!!! 😨

Reaching them by phone is almost an impossibility! When someone picked it up after several attempts, they hung up after 1 second (!)! Customer service is outrageous. And when you go in person to handle a case, they look specifically stupid because I don’t do things online or over the phone. I'm very disappointed.
