We talked three weeks before, and 2 hours before that, I called the equestrian for confirmation, the lady said we were okay to write. We arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled time. There were two ladies there, we thought both were working there and instructor. Said the lady with whom we had arranged for the children to put on a helmet, pointing to a small storage room. It was already a surprise that they didn't have a spine guard! Well we went to the horse runner too, but to our surprise the other lady there was not a worker but she also came to her horse. We stood there with the kids and no word or speech started teaching with anyone else ?? !! after about 15 minutes, we decided this was a very amateurish attitude and said thank you we would go, strangely the instructor asked why? Um ... interesting, I told you why. Also, he was not sympathetic to the fact that two dogs were walking freely, one of them a large body I think was a rotweiler. It wasn't really a problem with the kids stroking it, but I was pretty anxious about it because who knows? What if someone is afraid of dogs? Speciel I do and I think many other people do too. It doesn't matter, unfortunately we have been lucky to have someone else, and obviously a good rider and competent instructor, but we won't try again here.
