Really beautiful and peaceful
Beautiful, huge park, walkable fountain, lots of greenery, very cozy. Which makes it only 4 stars, no toilet! If there is, it was well hidden because whatever we were looking for, we couldn’t find it.
The atmosphere of the place is great! Feeding the ducks is a great pastime for the kids too! 😍
The Great Forest is beautiful to me. It has been a protected area for 80 years, as far as I know, it became the first in the country. The roads are almost unchanged, but the forest exudes a different atmosphere from month to month. The route marked yellow, which leads the hiker to Zelemér, I think was less visited on weekday mornings. It can be reached from Kartács Street. In my experience, they mostly prefer to walk with a dog for this, while in the other part of the forest (half of the cemetery, on the red sign), athletes, performance hikers, cyclists prefer to use it. Maybe it’s because the sand here isn’t as sunken, so it’s easier to move on. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the summer (during the day as well), but if I ride a bike, I can’t catch up, but then I pass by a lot of beauty, especially in the spring, when the place is booming. A real chirping area.
