Apparently, certain products are only available if you have the correct nationality (hungarian). This possibly violates the no-discrimination policy of the EU, but only a expert can know this. Beyond that, the behaviour of the bank seemed to be highly unprofessional. I cannot recomment.

Slow administration
Telephone customer service is useless, you have to go in person anyway, but this is only communicated after 3 calls.
Currency conversion back and forth approx. 7% minus at best.
It is completely unsuitable for a broker with its high fees
