Refusing to provide services to non-hungarian speakers although being resident and fully registered. The offer to come with a official translator got refused. Not offering solutions.

Sometimes I go for this, usually there is no problem that needs to be addressed in person. The clerks are kind, knowledgeable, and I always catch a time when I don’t have to wait long.

I can only recommend it. Kind and fair administration

We were under criticism for our visit yesterday. We drew a serial number and then we got a serial number for a student girl who kindly said she couldn't help it. You tell a colleague to call you with this number. We waited 30 minutes, nobody talked to us. Whoever came after us was gone. A phlegm clerk asked why we were standing? We said that because we would have been in line already. No reaction. After 30 minutes, we went over to the other drawer where a kind, helpful receptionist helped.

I've been here countless times, it was a bit long at the checkout, but the service was never a problem.
