They think they own the street. The car carrier can stop anywhere, anytime for any length of time. Leave empty for 20-30 minutes. If your place has been canceled and you can’t get out of the parking lot it’s natural for them. "Wait 15 minutes." Because they're still papery. The place is treated as a public space and a loading bay. Their car carrier is not pushing in. The salesperson refuses to do anything. He'll be away when they're done. What if they were 15-20 minutes late from somewhere because they were standing in front of them? What is your deduction if you are late for this job? The truck driver must not leave the truck parked after unloading! stop.
