BMW C-Mobil

I asked to look at the used vehicles. The gentlemen took me to the area where the used cars were parked and said I must have a look and he will be inside the office if I have a question. I never saw him again!!! Zero service!!! Shocking.

Horrible customer service, they don't answer the phone after 15:30 and let's not even mention the prices. Comparable shop's in town with better attitude and equipment had our friends back on the road sooner than these guy's promised for only 1/4 of the price. If we purchased a BMW it would sure not be from this dealership.

I have had my cars repaired there for more than 10 years. They have competitive prices and very good services.

Very professional customer care! One feels himself like a king! Highly recommended!

Incompetent- takes them 10 minutes to see if there are some free slots in the calendar for service... don't want to know how fast and good they work
