They are modern and the waiting time is acceptable (at least when I was there). But They could get more chairs to sit on becouse standing around for a ling time can get really agrovationg.

Why is a landline phone number listed if it is never recorded. It must be an ornament, because it has to be, it would only be great if someone would wear it at least once a year!

It is possible to ask for an appointment that the clerks will keep to themselves. The agents will notify me in good time by email or phone if I need to appear or if a document is missing. The quality of service is much higher than that of most utilities or telecom companies.
