Staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. Only suggestion might be for the ticket machine to have a button requesting help from a member of staff who can assist those of us who aren't fluent in Hungarian

It took 30 minutes until the paper was not filled in properly, another 30 minutes until things got into the machine. Round 1 hour ONE address card😡😡😡

Kind, fast, precise administration.

On September 9, 2020, at around 1 o'clock at window 1, a gray-haired clerk welcomed us with a handling, stuttering, error-generating, absolutely unhelpful attitude.

Unfortunately, you can't give zero stars! The phlegm and handling attitude of the clerks towards the client is outrageous.
