Instead of the planned 4-6 weeks, half of the order came after 11 weeks, and the other half has not since. The company nonetheless calculated the shipping cost based on the entire order, which I advertised. They promised to make up the difference, but that hasn’t happened (yet). The delivery date was promised by the time, and for which reason we stayed home that day, they were finally not kept and we were not notified, if I didn’t call them that afternoon, we could have waited for them all night. They undertake delivery almost only on weekends, especially on Sundays, if the buyer wants a different time, they will be outraged, "since there is a lot of traffic on the weekends, it will take more time and more petrol to deliver". The answer to the question of when to expect the remaining items was that they had no idea. I really do not recommend this company, they inform me, things are discussed on the phone, they are denied, their promise is not kept.
