Mattress shop - Sleep Studio

I do not recommend ordering online at all. I ordered a mattress protector, which turned out to be on hand when it turned out to be not what I expected and didn’t fit the descriptions either. I immediately indicated my intention to return it, but citing a "hygiene product," they claimed they couldn't take it back because I unpacked it. The packaging they said was "hygienic" was a completely average plastic bag, which, moreover, was torn when it was opened, and nothing else protected the mattress cover. The name of the hygiene product was not mentioned in the description either, so we could really say this to anything one touches. Through several correspondence, I detailed how the product deviated from the description, but they responded with self-contradictory statements and did not even respond to my last letter. I have referred the matter to advocacy bodies because they could harm others. Whoever can, prefer to avoid the store!

Very fair service. Good prices. We were able to choose from a wide variety of good quality beds and mattresses.

I bought an exhibition piece, it was absolutely correct no mistake I really like. Completely correct company and even online wallet partner, so money returned :-)

Great choice, fair service. I can only recommend a 140x200 cm Admiral mattress. The team is very helpful and the administration is smooth.
