The medical care was adequate, thank you very much, I was especially pleased that the doctor received me exactly. However, it is not entirely clear to me why, in an epidemic situation, all guests should complete the touch screen protocol circuit, meaning that they are obviously not disinfected as patients, which is not the most practical in this respect. I did not consider the attitude (reception, communication, initiative) of the receptionist ladies present on my particular examination day to be adequate compared to a private clinic. The latter does not include a lady who kindly, usually asks guests, if she can help with a check-in confirmation.

In an epidemic situation, it would be better if there were not 6-8 people sitting next to each other in the small waiting room. In the SZTK, too, fewer people sit in a larger space than here. People are pushed up, 1.5 meters is impractical, there was no window in the waiting room, so there was no ventilation. Or I saw on people’s faces that it was uncomfortable for them too, that everyone was together in that little airspace, they barely dared to sit next to each other, which is understandable, because everywhere they say we keep the right distance! I would be happy if this could be improved.

The surgeons of the clinic, Dr. László Andrási and Dr. Áron Nyilas, perform their work at a high professional level, similarly in terms of humanity and empathy, and exceptionally well. Bravo!
