This lángos kiosk is a landmark of Balatonfenyves, attracting a devoted fan club (including myself) of its simply unbeatable lángos and pancakes sold in various flavours. The lángos produced by this 20+ year-old family business played a major role in our decision to buy a holiday apartment in its proximity. I am not sure what exactly their secret is, all I can tell you is their lángos is better than anywhere else. And not just around Balaton - anywhere on this planet :). As soft, as crispy, as salty, as fresh and as oily as it has to be, no less, no more! Of the many options I recommend the cheese and sour cream topping - they use very tasty cheese and add plenty of sour cream. There is no decent way to eat a lángos: forget forks and knives, just use your hands and drown your mouth and face in the rich tasting cheese, sour cream and the soft dough - you can wipe or wash your mouth, nose, face, ears and hands later. For a dessert, get some pancakes filled with cottage cheese from them - you will meet perfection yet again, the texture and taste of the pancakes themselves, as well as the cottage cheese filling, which is always fresh, exactly as sweet as it needs to be (no more, no less) and contains those few indispensable raisins that all decent cottage cheese pancakes simply must have in them. And the service... they are open almost all day, sometimes I feel they just do not sleep in the summer at all. And yet, even when they look really tired, they are still very patient and lovely with their customers. Prepare for a queue of 10 or so minutes in peak season: real fans do not mind the wait!

There Langos is delicious. Open earlier in the season than the rest of the places at Balatonfenyves.

It was divinely delicious ..... I hope it remains the most delicious flame of Lake Balaton.

I could tell a lot of stories, but I won’t. It's just good, the selection is plentiful, the team is very nice, I'm looking forward to coming all year round for langos 😁 open until November anyway

After a recommendation, we tried to find the best flame. It was delicious. It didn't flutter in the fat, crispy as it should. The homemade lemonade was very delicious and the pancakes were also very good!
