FirstPhone Tiszaújváros TESCO

In October 2020, we bought 2 IPhone Se devices in the Tiszaújváros store. One of which was a pixel defect. We took it back a few days later, the error was acknowledged in the store, it was also recorded and forwarded to the service. It’s been 3 months since then and essentially nothing has happened. In addition to constant side-talking and pointing at each other with the service, we have not received the phone or the money back to date. It is terribly outrageous when a person has almost 200 thousand forints in nothing. Patience is also finite. We are forced to seek legal help.

I bought two devices at the Firstphone in Tiszaújváros.

So far I have had nothing wrong with the store ... I was happy to buy there and recommend it to anyone .. This has completely changed by now! Slowly I didn't get my phone back for 8 months, which I sent to a service center due to a defective charger. 🤬😤
