Good place and very historical place

It is recommended for all visitors to Miskolc to visit (of course, only if they are not averse to the industrial heritage). I don't write his story, everyone can look after it. Parking is free, but the museum's opening hours vary seasonally. There is a spring nearby and one of the stations of the small railway. An ideal destination for coco-tourists. In addition to the blast furnace, there is a furnished blacksmith's workshop and an open-air machine exhibition across the road.

It is a well-kept monument and you can read the story in the museum next to it.

Unfortunately we couldn't properly discover it because it was dark but exciting ...

In Hungary Frigyes Fazola built the first blast furnace in Ómasan. This place was suitable because the water was available, the iron ore was transported from charcoal and from different places. This blast furnace worked for a short time because one of the sides of the blast furnace was secured by the Stone Mountain itself, which was a danger after the rain. It happened because the blast furnace exploded, and Henry Fazola, whose body was not found, was killed. Using the exploded prehistoric stones, the Elementary Primary School was built. His son, Frederick Fazola, continued his father's idea and built the so-called "New York" in his current location. Smelter. Hungary's only monument to the metallurgical industry was restored in 1952 by social cooperation. The site is a prestigious example of human ingenuity and ingenuity, but also a symbol of Hungary's industrial development culture. Water, limestone, charcoal with high calorific value, wood and relatively close iron ore were also present here. The Massa Museum is located next to the prehistoric garden, which presents a single moment of iron production.
