I replaced the radiator. Unfortunately, the information available on the Internet is quite confusing. I knew that Tsz. also replace radiators, told customer service that they are no longer dealing with such. Then the forms that are on the web and found by google are not up to date, unfortunately everything is spoken. Bottom line, I got a piece of paper at the customer service that had to be signed with the common representative plus the condo stamp. I handed over the docs at the customer service, but they didn't give me any acknowledgment of receipt - I could have listened to that. All she said was if they were looking for me. But when and what number I can inquire ... Nothing. Then they called for a week tomorrow morning to come to 700 radiators. Fortunately, it did. It consisted of coming out of two Co-workers counting the number of cast iron radiators that were made and ready. On the other hand, it was strange - although obviously obvious - that the Tz believed they were replacing the radiators and doing the pipe fitting. Fortunately, by then one of my colleagues had taken up the job, so I didn't have to ask the TS. Two of us called the Tst and clarified when the system would be emptied. Here was the biggest twist in the story: the TSZ said that work should be done by August 15, because they need to be vented and, if necessary, heated on September 15 in the nursery ... ?????? ??? What? Just when we finally got the pipe fitting in, it was exactly 14 o'clock. But since they had to be painted and covered, the wires were just blaring. I called Tsz, told her what, she said, "please sign up when they are ready and we will recharge the system". Well ... I was not "fed up" with the fact that the last doc available on the net was to do the radiator replacement by September 15th, but they also realized that if they recharged our house system in early September, they could still heat it up in kindergarten XDXDXDXDXD. They came out after the radiators were installed - I had to make an appointment over the phone, but this time I could choose tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. When they came out, two of them came out, they just watched the press, opened the taps, filled the radiators, bleed them and then the system and that. The only thing missing from the professionalism was that I gave me an Allen key :-). Anyway, they didn't ask for any paper on the heating power of the radiators - the Tiszaszolg tells me what to install (in kW) and they only allow steel plate radiators (in principle). That's what the story really was. What could be better: 1.) less bureaucratic system, 2.) fresh forms on the net, 3.) they can use the plumbers they recommend, if necessary, many people do not replace radiators because of this. 4.) Pick up the phone. Tsz. their central customer service didn't answer them when I called. It is true that h is Tsz. the contact always picked up or called me back. What was good: 1.) finally everything could be talked about, 2.) asking for as much money as they said + VAT. There was a total of 60,000 drain recharges. 3.) They don't really care about what you install and how you connect your radiators or the thermostatic valve. One point: keep the system compact and not leak water. And here the story ends for them. Actually, I'd rather give it 4.25 than 4 stars. Get in on the radiator change too!
