Arranged good infrastructure of the place. Let's just say it wouldn't hurt to have a big grocery store ... a well known ..

Müller, New Yorker, H&M, Deichmann, Hervis, bookstore and more. With lots of parking, there is usually no huge crowd

Larger store space. It's beautiful too. Plenty of goods, however, the selection is smaller than before in the old place.
