I ordered a 45,000 forint stick, about which I unfortunately did not receive a confirmation email (with advance transfer - without registration). I wrote an inquiring email about what the situation was, the respondent condensed his own frustration and hatred of life into the response, from which after asking me three times (!!!) not to cancel the order, he still tied the eb to the stake to delete, because it was a protocol (a protocol for a small company? but without accents, it answered) and after 3 days - I also wrote two emails to see what was going on then - I managed to return it. He responded quickly to emails, even though it was a weekend, but he is deeply outraged that if someone pays for something in advance and inquires about the delivery deadline because he didn’t receive the email in a spam folder (I sent a screenshot, there may have been a system error, he admitted). If you don’t need the money, don’t open a store. Luckily I got it from elsewhere in 2 days.

My favorite fishing shop! I have a warm welcome every time and get to know great products! They have a constantly expanding product range! The most important thing for me is that they will handle and support the "differences" between the species as much as they have!

We traveled 300 kilometers (with 3 tiny kids) specifically to see their two products in person and choose which one to buy from them as they seemed like a fair deal based on the web interface. For this, it turned out that the store is not even open on Monday, but it has not been updated on the interface yet. (Of course, in the evening, due to some miracle, it happened 🤔) Okay, we went on a trip in the pouring rain .... We came home, ordered the 50,000 forint product, paid with the Szép Card, and the email came, that what was in stock was sold out. After 1 hour, the price of the product became HUF 57,000 and it received the status of being purchased. Are we satisfied ???? To put it mildly not ....
