During my short archival research I have gained great experience in the Veszprém institute. The ground floor research staff is extremely helpful and flexible. Access requires only a few minutes and then you can browse the documents. Scanning lasts for a relatively long time (1-2 weeks), and card payment is not solved, but you can fix the first one by purchasing a half-day photo opportunity ticket, and the latter being replaced by the nearby OTP.

The best place to work in the world is if you are not employed there, you are an employee!

Veszprém is a wonderful place in many ways, it is worth visiting the city.
