So much to improve on the customer service...

Kind service, polite, smiling sellers !!!!! The next day I went for the goods, there was already another lady in the store. Everything was the same !! Kind, smiling, polite, direct !!! I'm glad I bought here !!!! :-)

I couldn’t buy it, but the lady on sale was very kind and helpful.

Employee behavior is unqualifiable !!! I ordered a mattress because it was not in stock, it should have arrived within 7 days. Of course, they didn't say he wouldn't come and "maybe" he would arrive in a week. We discussed on the phone that they would have this mattress in their store in Győr and we would go for it, the lady said to go in front of it for the down payment and the financial ones should be taken to the other store. We went there that morning but another lady didn’t want to give back the down payment, saying we’d pay it off and then we could take it to Győr. I didn't want this invisibly, after that I wasn't sure if the mattress was really in the store in Győr. Finally, the lady returned the down payment by throwing the money at me !!! I have never experienced this level of behavior from any seller.
