A short,easy and beautiful trail across the north Bakony

From the Csesznek Vár street car park, you can drive from the bottom up on the red sign and from the top down on the green sign on the 13.9 km circular tour of the medium-heavy Kő trench and Devil's trench. From bottom to top, it’s easier to climb the sometimes sloping stone walls of the devil’s ditch. Hiking boots with preferably non-slip soles are mandatory. We can walk through beautiful forest areas and monumental rocks during our hike. Can be completed in 3-5 hours.

We were hiking at the end of September and it was a great experience for everyone. We were in dry weather, there was barely water in the ditch, there was only water in the deeper parts, so no one should leave their waterproof shoes at home. We will go back once in the spring as well.
