I ordered a special mattress. From the Czech Republic. It would have been a cash on delivery, but in the meantime I received an email about the order to pay me off. I paid for it. Even though I showed the invoice I received that it was paid, the post office did not hand it over. There will be nowhere to sleep tomorrow because we are moving, the mattress would have come at the right time, on Wednesday of the week. Thank you ..... now we can sleep on the floor ..... Mattress sent back, coming to the address of our family house next week ... in vain I showed the reference, resp. the new invoice sent by the lady to be paid .... Never again in Szombathely, in any way ...

All postal tasks can be arranged. However, there are many in general, and the service is not famous for its pace either.

What I know is done online. Slow and expensive. There are nice, but there is no staff there.

I didn't want to give a star because at least there's a post office nearby. Otherwise it's very slow, I use it in the last resort.

If my parcel comes and I can't pick it up, the post office is open for the parcel that day, why can't I buy it?
