I cannot recommend DPD because in the space of 6 months time they have lost an incoming delivery from The UK and refused to do anything about locating or replacing the shipment, scheduled delivery with me twice near Kaposvar and then not shown up with the excuse the parcel had the wrong address on them when in fact they were addressed correctly. DPD apparently cannot keep delivery drivers because the same ones never come back and they show up in cars, microvans that wouldn't hold 2 or 3 m2 of cargo at best and vans not in the best condition. Calling or emailing the Customer service number further is enraging because their English speaking employees in the call center are very rude. Folks, do yourself a favour and use GLS, DHL or UPS if you want to dependably receive your merchandise and be able to real time track your shipment. Only reason I gave them 1 star was because zero was not an option.

The attitude and behavior of couriers is unsustainable. It’s one thing that they don’t have a drop of kindness in them, but they can barely say hello. The other problem is that if I want to pay by credit card then they either never have a terminal or the network is not good! And if I paid in cash, you can't return 190 forints! How do you think that ?! The big problem is that if you have to bring the package upstairs, that's the biggest problem and I'll run around ... but it wouldn't be a problem if I treated the person normally!

He was no longer at the given address, I was sweating blood by the time I found the new site. The site manager, on the other hand, was correct.

The package will never arrive fairly! Either the courier doesn't come there and he takes the package back as if, "I rejected it," or he calls you to go out to the corner ...
