Unfortunately, the clerks do not really understand what they are doing, if you want to take care of a case, you typically have to turn to a bank branch 2-3 times, complain that many of you happen to get to a clerk who really knows his job, who can correct the previous mistakes ... Date without it, the average waiting time is at least 50-60 minutes, but those arriving on time are called to the counter exactly, so it’s worth planning ahead.
