Long waiting time and slow service! The cashier called me, then went into a room and I saw through the open door (he also saw me) laughing with his colleagues while I was standing at the counter ... I don't think that's fair. If you want to rest, don’t call the person there and don’t do it in front of your nose after waiting 40 minutes.

If I were to say that there is only one bank in the crowd then I would not be wrong much. There is relatively little traffic but the process is slow enough and unfortunately this is not simplified by the virus situation. Customers are invited one by one and for some reason not even a single payment goes quickly. The employees are kind and it is the system that makes the judgment towards the banks.

They don't deserve a star. I haven't been able to handle anything in this account for about 2 years. Today, after the security guard reluctantly let me into the otherwise empty account, I wanted to ask for mandatory customer identification. The clerk asked what it was? I said it in other words, although a bank employee should have understood it first. They hurried to the exit with a smile, because unfortunately they don't have a company colleague, they can't handle it now. Come on Monday. Interestingly, they can never do anything here. Either there’s no clerk, or I’m going out shopping right in front of my nose - not at lunchtime - to show up in about 1 hour. Or I have to listen to their private phone for half an hour while I sit in front of a computer set up for customers in my account. They should be closed!
