Payment at ATM never works. No day, no night, no time. They know in the account they think it's only bad every 2 days. Shouldn't we change that? Sometimes the deposit menu does not appear, there is the possibility of depositing money, but it writes bad banknotes on any banknote.

The drawer manager is very good head and helpful to him 5 stars. Unfortunately, the waiting time is really below criticism. This general impression of the man.

I wanted to apply for CSOK 10 + 10 support, but I came after 3 months of trying. On the first try, my certificates were mixed up, a new one had to be applied for. The second claim submitted had all the necessary proofs, but the claim was not accepted. They waited for the certificates to expire and upon request I did not receive any information as to what else they needed. I was inside 4 times (eventually completely unnecessarily), each waiting for an hour and a half. In the end, however, some of the certificates believed to be lost were circumvented. Erste's Dunakeszi bank branch is scandalous, I do not recommend it to anyone.

During my 3 administrations, I waited more than an hour for the clerks at times, though there were 1-2 waiting in front of me. Someone has already requested a complaint book because he could no longer ... Someone was received without logging in ... Now system shutdown is over again an hour sitting here ...
