Customer focus is a big NO. Serving a Big NULL. It is no cheaper than another webshop. Promise they can not do it. They pack up and deliver things back if they are ready to ship it. They do not even know when it comes to goods when it does not come. Their logistics is under frog ****. One of the administrators tells the other and neither one tells the truth because they do not even know what the orders are. They are waiting for the man and promising the very go for them. They are not able to send a parcel with a courier even if the customer pays and sends the courier. However, if the customer travels 200 km for the goods (he has been waiting for 3 weeks) to give him. Where's the Logic? Yeah, and finally I did not get what I was waiting for. I do not recommend it to anyone.
