Mostly OK. Lately it seems they don't bake too often a day. 1-2 years ago there were fresh bread all the time. Maybe they changed because of covid?

The food is quite meh. But I didn't try the baked goods. Meh means nothing special aka. mediocre.

UPDATE-The awful woman behind the morning counter seems to be gone. It has move my 3 star to a 4 star. Actually in general the people in the morning seem nicer. I have removed most of my previous negative comments. Nice cakes and pastries but the staff always leaves a bad taste. The most unfriendly staff awaits you in Budakalasz's biggest bakery. Offer a jó reggelt or köszönöm to the food servers, especially at 6:30 am, and don't expect more than a grunt and a frown in reply. In the 2 1/2 years I've been stopping in the only pleasant person I've encountered there is the person who I think is the owner.
