Wellness Hotel Viktoria

When we arrived the staff wasnt really nice and helpful on the first night. The lady at the reception wasnt friendly or helpful. As we decided to have dinner they were ignoring us, then they expected from us to decide what we order withouth even giving the menu. The room was okay, first the air conditioner was not working, although we phoned them before we arrived if it is working in our room, they were not checking it, they just said yes it is working. The breakfast was not good for the price what we had to pay. The dinner was okay.The other personell though in the morning shift was very nice and helpful.

Super unfriendly welcome at front desk ! The room is very disappointing, the fridge bot pluged in and brock! The bed is horrible I got 2 separate mattresses ! I hope the breakfast is good ! I don’t really recommend to nobody!
