A customer should not talk to a prospective customer as if he were asking for his money .... moreover, condescendingly! The bank LIVES from customers, dead without them !!

I asked for my new bank card directly in the account because I know if it is not brought out by a postman. I didn't get it. It all lasted for an hour in the account so h only I was in. Applying for a new card and another 2 weeks. I can't use my old card because it has expired. Thank you MKB.

I usually go for a money deposit and never had to wait more than 10 minutes. 20m there is a large parking lot for a public, if someone can't fit that much walk, they have to choose another solution. Much worse MKB accounts operate. Sometimes the woodpeckers will try to go into another place to deal with a matter and they will soon have a different opinion. We should be glad that there is a Dunakeszi branch office at all. I don’t really understand this brainstorming opening change. I work from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. So far, I was able to make the payment on Monday, but now I might go into the Danube Plaza if I want something and if I get there. Who invented this?

According to their website, they are open until 3 pm today, but are closed at 2.20 pm. Otherwise, the slowest and least customer friendly MKB account I've ever been to.
