After waiting for a number draw, we waited 30 minutes, and then one of the clerks came to us that credit management is only for time customers, because only one person understood it. Then we indicated that it was good, then we would like to ask for an appointment ... I would add no one but us was in the bank branch ... we waited another 15 minutes, but no one came during that time to give an appointment. We came.
Today I was twice in a Dunakeszi branch about a new home loan. At first, I apologized that the one employee who had secured the credit is sitting in a closed meeting room with a migraine can't help but come back later. Of course I understand, I went back in an hour. The lady was seated at the time, but said she could not bet because she only accepts pre-registration, they are coming now, she has been dealing with pre-booked people. Hmm, the loan hasn't even been mentioned, but they're lying. And why didn't they tell you to book a reservation first? Why issue a serial number? For me, this bank branch makes no sense, they do not want to serve.
