I acknowledge the many positives to the maximum (free interface, helpful assistants, no queuing, etc.) BUT! 3 weeks ago My mother went to the account for a currency transfer (in the order of thousands of dollars)) precisely because the currency transfer on the online interface is not yet fully developed and during an earlier transfer I vowed not to want to upset myself again from learning from the past. Someone just went to the account to successfully complete such an amazingly complex operation - a currency transfer - without any complications. I find the transfer form ridiculous that the Client must fill in a paper in 2021 and it cannot be recorded / recorded online immediately within an account (I have a suspicion that this is not a Magnetbank feature, but I do not consider it a reasonable solution anyway). The Administrator was unable to assist in completing the form, so as it turned out later, the payment route and account number were reversed. It is okay that the Colleague sitting inside may not be aware of the particular process (fully acceptable), but I think it would be necessary for someone other than a hot wire to be available to anyone who is available on a similar issue. The referral was sent, but it turned out later that with incorrect data, the US partner had already indicated that it was suspiciously time-consuming. It was then that I noticed that the data in the account could not be recorded correctly, immediately by phone, (it was on 29.01.2021) Friday morning! We asked them to look into what was going on with the money, we got confirmation that of course they would look it up and call me back. We did not receive any feedback either on Friday or today !!! Within 2 full working days it was not possible to check whether a foreign currency transfer had been made from the account of one's own customer, 2 WORKING DAYS! Today, of course, I checked with my own "hand" and see miracle the money 1 week "bounced" into the account already. But neither the notification nor the call just described informed us ... The interface is cute, the branch staff are absolutely nice, the favorable fees are also okay, but in my opinion these 2 stars can accentuate how I feel at the moment ... If nothing else, please prepare for similar cases. Thanks!

The free bank account manager cost thousands of forints a month. Withdrawal from the first filler is paid. When I wanted to arrange a transfer, the trleop countdown could not be arranged because I would have needed more paper. What kind of? I can't say. Oh good then. Then I'd refer to that now. He hasn't gotten there since October. Minus 9 stars

They were very kind and helpful, although I arrived 10 minutes before closing due to traffic ... I was worried that they might not serve or make me feel how late I arrived, but there was no mention of it! Incredibly fast, professional and kind team! plus point that they have their own parking lot where you can park comfortably.
