We arrived on time, but even though there was no customer inside, they called in late. Then it’s good not to bother the clerk, saying he won’t have time to do this, he has an next date. We wanted to pause the baby waiting room, but he didn’t even look into the booklet, demanding a form that was nowhere to be found. We had several requests, but none of them helped, and he took on an Alpine manner that no one could afford with a client.

Terribly slow. Clerks don’t care that there are more people waiting, They talk happily with each other for minutes. Customer experience under the frog's bottom!

The agents are kind and cautious, a star because there is always a stomach busting smell in this drawer. I don't know if the smell comes from the neighboring salad bar, but it's awkward, and it would be good to put an end to it.
