I was opening an account today. 01/06/2021 I wanted to open two accounts for my son and daughter. As a precaution, I immediately drew two serial numbers. Pitty ............. and it's my turn. I immediately indicated that I had two serial numbers. The lady sitting behind the window didn't even know what it was all about. He stood up and left. Standing by the window, I looked silently at what was going on now. Pitty ..... the other number was also queued at another window. I signaled to the other lady that it was mine too, but now I'm waiting here. Then they came back to the first window and said ...... they're doing it at the second window. I would have gone there, but they told me to be patient because they were in another job. So I sat down when I already had a serial number at two windows and I was in line. I was waiting. 15 minutes, then invited to the window. Although you have yet to finish the previous job, I should sit there. I said when I'm done, I'll sit there. 10 minutes and finished, I sat there. When asked, I indicated that I would like to open two accounts. He said he would open one because his working hours would expire. I came. I'm going back tomorrow! They don't pocket. : D

Whoever can, avoid it from afar! After standing in line for 1 hour, I had a hard time queuing up, and then the clerk told me what would be good for me, the decisions I made over my head, so I could only settle my affairs in part. Bank account? A bad joke ...

Yesterday my couple requested a NICE card. Two of the three data were written by the clerk. It is a shame that someone cannot record something from an ID card without error. We used to visit here several times to open a car prize passbook. Aside from waiting, it takes 40-50 minutes and they are always horrified at what we want to do as if it were something from a devil.

It seems some employees are the customer of the "unnecessary bad." Partly I understand, partly it is advisable to choose another occupation then. Today we went after a preliminary appointment. Serial numbering was done in a "semi-automatic" system, with waiters standing in front of the drawer from where clerks could call the "next" who, after entering, drew a "dummy" serial number. Those coming to the date were apparently treated, although there was turmoil here as well. During our stay inside, 4 clients were sent out, all of whom came to follow a nice rule number by the time they were expelled (there was someone in outrageous style). I believe that everyone is tired and frustrated, which is why both sides would have been better off if the announcement stuck on the many glass walls was displayed in big red letters with "Serial number paused, entry on call." short sentence. Excuse them, the clerk who served us was kind and constructive. He did his job, we did our banking. Both sides were done objectively and kindly in 20 minutes, although it was not a smooth routine hint. It could be that way.
