The worst bank branch. I'll tell you why. Yesterday I called K&H customer service and asked for help with a compulsory motor insurance premium calculation. They helped me very well and I was satisfied. I asked the lovely lady that I can take out insurance in any branch, even if we are foreigners. He said that there is no obstacle, there is always someone who speaks Agol or German. And today my parents (who don't speak Hungarian well) came in at the K&H branch in Cegled. I wrote down everything in Hungarian on a piece of paper that we would like to make things easier for everyone. At the K&H branch in Cegled, the lady who helped them work for only 2 weeks and couldn't help, doesn't have access to the system, doesn't speak English or German. My parents called me and talked to the lady, I explained to her that my dad's name would be the insurance she was the owner and keeper, everything I wrote down on the paper I wanted. About 5 times the lady told me that she could not help because she is only working there for 2 weeks and no colleagues could contract me. Again, I explained that it would not be my name, but my dad's name, and he would be there. They speak neither German nor English at the Cegled branch. They couldn't help even if I stayed on the line. Why are these people working here ?? There are quite a few foreigners living in Cegled and K&H is unable to hire people who speak English or German. Incredibly bad !!!
