Of the 6 branded services I visited in Pest County, the very first one that called me back was the only one that was kind to the customer despite telling me that I would first ask for offers and decide based on them. In the end, we chose them based on sympathy and the given price offer, despite the 100km distance. The cost of the repair was indeed equal to the amount indicated in the preliminary quotation. Dacia Duster 1.3 tce first annual revision! Customer centric with this was no problem! But the problems I noticed on the car after the first one year were not fixed! Mistakes: The steering wheel of the car pulls to the right when kept straight! I got the answer to that! The steering wheel was set up at the wrong angle in the factory! But you don’t recommend their own chassis adjusting machine because it’s not accurate! - my driver's seat is not fastened properly! So “wobble” is not stable! The answer to that! It's not so much moving yet ... wait with it ....! They will see it at the next revision ... no comment further!

The seller was helpful during the inquiry. Until we reach a price bargain. The car's purchase price released 1% of the price from HUF 20,000. I know they had quite a margin on this car because specifically it was taken from me at another dealership 3 days ago for much much less. When I said a price they would benefit from and it would have been worth it to me, I laughed and shook off that others weren't worth it. I understand that everyone lives on money but with such a profit, he lets out 20,000 ft and laughs when I want to bargain more. The car would have had to be dealt with a lot by the time it was in order. It's a used car. Mandatory bargain ...

For us, Gábor K. was our salesman who was very helpful and prepared for the used megane grandtour. In fact, we were alone on a pulling Saturday but when we had it was always available. We talked to him over the phone and what he was saying all covered up the reality. He said he would take care of everything by Tuesday and I took over the car that day. Everything went well and what he promised was so. I even had a few extra requests and that was no obstacle at no extra charge! And yes, he let go of the price. Thanks Gabi!
