I didn't get the medicine I asked for. There is probably a misunderstanding. I took it back that morning. They were willingly replaced. I paid by card so the money came back a few days later. This is not their fault, but it caused me some impatience that the server did not make a mistake again.

In the recent period, they are not characterized by the helpfulness and kindness experienced earlier. This week's story: We ordered a product on Tuesday as it was not in stock. They told us to go for it on Thursday. We went. The goods did not come, they said, will be there by 4 pm on Friday. We went on Saturday. The order was not found for 10 minutes !!! They were told if the ordered product had not arrived. They'll call us. We preferred to cancel the order. This is not a service, this is not a service ...
